This scholarship fund has been established in loving memory of Tobin Bolter, whose earthly life was taken in the line of duty working as a deputy for the Ada County Sheriff’s Office in Boise, Idaho. Tobin graduated from The Master’s University in 2017 with a business administration degree. During his time at the University, he was also a member of the cross country and track and field teams. Scholarships from this fund will be awarded in honor and memory of Tobin’s life and legacy.

In death, his desire was the same, that the world would know that there is only one way to get to heaven, repentance from sin and faith in the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.”
