A survey conducted in May by Ruffalo Noel Levitz revealed that students in The Master’s University’s online programs are significantly more satisfied with their experience than the national average.
Those surveyed reported being “satisfied” or “very satisfied” with their academic experience at a rate 16 point higher than the national average. In addition, TMU students said that they would “probably” or “definitely” re-enroll in the program if they had to make the decision again at a rate 17 points higher than average.
TMU’s online students also had the opportunity to review a list of statements about the University, ranking how important they believed each statement to be as well as how well TMU has met their expectations in each area. Here are the top five “institutional strengths” of TMU’s online programs, as identified by students:
Dr. Mitch Hopewell, provost and chief academic officer of TMU, as well as dean of TMU’s School of Online Education, said he was pleased with the survey results.
“It’s a sincere joy to serve our students, and we’re thankful to see data confirming that they’re benefiting from their experience with us,” Hopewell says. “We are committed to continually improving areas that need to develop, which this survey also helped us see, and ultimately to providing access to high-quality, biblically-sound education.”
TMU’s School of Online Education offers fully online degrees at the undergraduate and graduate levels, as well as dual credit for high school juniors and seniors. Eight-week accelerated courses allow students to finish their degrees on their individual schedules.
