John Beck has been a dedicated educator at The Master’s University for over 15 years, teaching Business and Communication courses. Before his teaching career, he amassed two decades of executive experience in the software industry, serving as CEO and General Manager of a local game development studio. During his tenure, the company flourished, growing to a team of over 150 talented professionals.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Dr. Beck also serves as an esteemed elder at Grace Baptist Church in Santa Clarita. A testament to lasting love, he has been happily married to his high school sweetheart, Mary, for over 26 years. Together, they are proud parents to their children, Emma and Timothy. Emma, a graduate of TMU, is making a difference in the field of education, while Timothy is a passionate software developer pursuing his studies in computer science at the same university.
Dr. John Beck’s educational achievements are notable; he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from Ohio University with Summa Cum Laude honors. Continuing his academic pursuit, he received a Master of Arts degree in Communication Management from the prestigious Annenberg School at the University of Southern California (USC). In addition, he holds a Doctorate in Education Organizational Change and Leadership from the USC Rossier School of Education.
John Beck brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and commitment to his role as an educator, making a lasting impact on the lives of his students at The Master’s University.
