The Leadership Initiative is a program for current undergraduate students at The Master’s University, providing students with exclusive opportunities to develop strategic relationships, build professional skills, and explore leadership avenues.
Followers of Christ can have character without competence in their field. Leaders may also have competence without any evidence of character. However, a Christian leader will pursue both for the sake of Christ, His people, and those who do not yet know Him.
Our goal is to support the church by challenging Christians with character to develop the skills they need to lead effectively, whether God has called them to the boardroom, the pulpit, or the home.
Group dinners and discussions with leaders from various fields, including alumni, sponsors, and business partners.
Field trips to various organizations to learn the operations and leadership principles required for successful operations.
Semester-long personal projects, providing an opportunity to explore and understand leadership.
