Payment Schedule
Deposit: $300 (credit card and check payments) deposit due (non-refundable) at the time of application. Please note that space is limited.
**We reserve a certain number of airline seats for our group reservation and have to release seats we don’t expect to need by July 21st, 2023. *Note: If you submit your trip application and deposit after July 21st, you will need to make your own flight arrangements and would pay the land-only price.
First payment: by July 14th, 2023: 50% of remaining balance for total trip price: $1,825.00 ($3,950.00 minus $300.00 deposit = $3,650 ÷ 2 = 1,825.00) or for land only price: $1,400.00 ($3,100.00 minus $300.00 deposit = $2,800.00 ÷ 2 = $1,400.00) (land only price ) (credit card and check payments)
Final payment: by August 14th, 2023: Balance of trip costs—if you paid the above amounts, the full trip balance would be $1,825.00, and the land-only balance would be $1,400.00. If you are going to be in a room by yourself, your single room supplement ($850.00) would be due with this final payment.
Note: A late fee will be applied to what you owe if the payment arrives at the IBEX office after the above, due dates (see application form).
To pay by check, please make the check payable to The Master’s University and mail or deliver it to the IBEX Office.
