German Reformation Tour

Price

Land Only – $4,450 per person

**This is a Land-only tour, meaning each participant will be responsible for securing their own airfare to and from Germany.

Once you have confirmed your spot on the tour and are ready to purchase flights, make sure to arrive in Munich, Germany by May 16, 2025 at 5pm. The tour leader will send travel information to you a couple weeks before departure, so you know how to get to our hotel that evening where we have reserved rooms for the group. We will begin the tour together the next morning (May 17^th), and so it is crucial everyone arrives on the evening of the 16^th.

• Airfare
• Lunches and some dinners
• Travel and health insurance
• Any Covid-related expenses
• All personal expenses

*Note: if you hold a passport other than USA, please check whether you will need a visa to travel to Germany

Payment Schedule & Information

Deposit: $450 (credit card, check or cash payments) deposit due (non-refundable) at the time of application. Please note that space is limited.

First payment: The first of two payments is due by January 3^rd, 2025: 50% of remaining balance for total trip price:

• $2,000.00 ($4,450.00 minus $450.00 deposit = $4,000 ÷ 2 = 2,000.00)

Final payment: The last payment is due by March 7^th, 2025: Balance of trip costs:

• Remaining balance of $2,000.00.
• If you are going to be in a room by yourself, your single room supplement additional fee ($875.00) would be due with this final payment.

Note: A late fee will be applied to what you owe if the payment arrives at the TMU office after the above due dates.
