This spring, The Master’s University saw 1,140 traditional undergraduate students arrive on campus, marking a record spring enrollment in the University’s history.
The Lord provided this record enrollment through the past five years of increased fall enrollment combined with a remarkably high fall-to-spring retention rate of 95%.
TMU and The Master’s Seminary together enroll a total of about 3,000 traditional and online students, with roughly 3,300 expected in the fall.
Last semester TMU welcomed more than 420 new students to campus, the third time in the past four years when the incoming class had broken 400. This resulted in a record fall enrollment and now a record spring enrollment.
These records come in the same academic year that the Wall Street Journal ranked TMU No. 1 in the nation for “Character Development” in the Journal’s 2025 Best Colleges rankings, based on a survey of current students and recent alumni from roughly 2,000 schools.
TMU was also ranked No. 4 in the “recommendation” category and No. 9 for career preparation.
Dr. Abner Chou, TMU’s president, believes that these rankings reflect the University’s enduring commitment to faithfulness, saying that an education truly committed to Christ and Scripture in every aspect of campus will produce not only knowledge and competence in students, but “the deepest conviction and character.”
For those who desire such an education, applications are now open for fall 2025, with many financial aid opportunities available. TMU students have 150-plus programs to explore, including mechanical engineering, interdisciplinary studies, agribusiness, and many more. Learn more here.
