Since late 2021, The Master’s University President Dr. Abner Chou has regularly met with students for informal Q&A sessions. The first spring “Chat with Chou” happened in February, and more such events are planned for the future. These sessions are designed to be student-driven, as those in attendance lead the conversation with a wide range of questions.

During the February meeting, students asked about revival and artificial intelligence, spurred by recent news headlines. Students also expressed curiosity about TMU’s process for hiring faculty. Chou encouraged them to ask about the state of the school and to express any concerns they may have, explaining that their feedback is invaluable for the University’s administration.

Recently, a special edition of Chat with Chou was hosted over livestream for prospective students of TMU. The recording can be viewed on YouTube.

Chou is the president of The Master’s University and Seminary. He is also the John F. MacArthur Endowed Fellow. In the legacy of MacArthur’s unwavering devotion to Jesus Christ and the inerrant Word of God, Chou’s primary charge as Endowed Fellow is to ensure the doctrinal integrity of The Master’s University through influence in research, writing and teaching.
