Air & Land – $4,950

Land Only – $3,950

Cost includes round-trip airfare, housing, two meals per day, in-country transportation and all entrance fees and taxes. $450 non-refundable deposit due at time of application submission. Final payment due September 13. Checks can be sent to TMU Attn: Bible Office or Box #16.

• Turkish Visa Fee to be obtained online before arrival evisa.gov.tr ($50 per person for US citizens)
• Lunches and drinks
• Travel and health insurance
• Any Covid-related expenses
• All personal expenses

Payment Schedule

Deposit: $450 (credit card and check payments) deposit due (non-refundable) at the time of application. Please note that space is limited.

***We reserve a certain number of airline seats for our group reservation. We have reached that reservation cap. If you have not indicated to us that you were flying with the group, then you will need to make your own flight arrangements and would pay the land-only price.

First payment: The first of two payments is due by July 31st, 2024: 50% of remaining balance for total trip price:

• The 1st payment price for land & air is $2,250.00 ($4,950.00 minus $450.00 deposit = $4,500 ÷ 2 = 2,250.00)
• The 1st payment price for land only is $1,750.00 ($3,950.00 minus $450.00 deposit = $3,500.00 ÷ 2 = $1,750.00). Credit card and check payments can be made to TMU. See below.

Final payment: The last payment is due by September 13th, 2024: Balance of trip costs:

• The final payment price for land & air is the remaining balance of $2,250.00.
• The final payment price for land only is the remaining balance of $1,750.00.
• If you are going to be in a room by yourself, your single room supplement additional fee ($850.00) would be due with this final payment.

Note: A late fee will be applied to what you owe if the payment arrives at the TMU office after the above due dates.

Refund Schedule

Refund schedule for those flying with us:

• until Sept 15: amount paid minus $450 (Non-refundable deposit)
• until Oct 15: if spot is filled, amount paid minus $1,500; if spot is not filled, amount paid minus $3,000
• until Nov 15: if spot is filled, amount paid minus $2,000; if spot is not filled, amount paid minus $4,000
• after Nov 15: no refund

• until Oct 15: if spot is filled, amount paid minus $950; if spot is not filled, amount paid minus $1,950
• until Nov 15: if spot is filled, amount paid minus $1,500; if spot is not filled, amount paid minus $3,000
• after Nov 15: no refund

If for some reason your circumstances change and you believe that you will not be able to go with us, it is to your advantage to inform us as soon as possible.
