Jess Arnds - Smith Hall (Men)

Jess earned his undergraduate degree in Biblical Studies with an emphasis in Biblical Counseling in 2006.  After a few years working various jobs he decided to pursue ministry and came back to TMC as a Resident Director in 2009. He currently oversees the dorm known as “C-dub” and is pursuing a Masters of Divinity at The Master’s Seminary.  He is joined by his wife, Melissa (also a TMC grad) and their daughter, Felicity.

Now, in his third year as an RD of Slight Hall, Jake is honored to have the opportunity to speak into the lives of students alongside a great team of faculty and staff. Jake’s wife was an RD from 2007-2009, and he thoroughly enjoyed the ministry position from that vantage point as well. He attends Placerita Baptist Church and enjoys teaching in “Foundation,” the College age ministry of the church. Slight has a tradition every Tuesday night where the men of the dorm flock to eat pancakes and compete in wing challenges including feats of strength, wit, and skill.

Jake enjoys spending time with his wife Meredith and their daughter Karis, playing sports, attending The Master’s Seminary, and refurbishing and selling antiques.

Stacey is an alumnus of The Master’s College and recent addition to the Deans’ Staff in Student Life, serving as the female Resident Director for Smith Hall Women. Born and raised in Washington, Stacey has a passion for all things that involve students, ministry, and music. She has pursued many opportunities in the local church which include being on staff as the assistant to the worship arts pastor, children’s music director, counseling opportunities, and a youth ministry internship. She is pursuing a Masters of Biblical Counseling from TMC, and considers it a blessing to be on staff at The Master’s College.

Jenn first joined TMC as the Administrative Assistant to the Vice President of Student Life. After serving in that capacity for three years, she transitioned to her current position. She enjoys all the fun that dorm life brings, as well as the opportunity to work so closely to the students in Sweazy Hall, and to see God at work in them growing and developing their love for Jesus more and more. She attends Grace Community Church and is currently working on her Masters in Biblical Counseling at The Master’s College.

Summer was born and raised in Southern California. She came to The Master’s College in 2005 to begin work on her Master’s Degree in Biblical Counseling. The Master’s College was her top choice of study because of its commitment to the sufficiency and the authority of God’s Word. Her study of biblical counseling changed her life and, as a result, she desires to bring the encouragement and hope provided through the Scriptures to the students here at the College. Summer currently serves as a Resident Director in Hotchkiss Hall and so enjoys her time living in the “Happiest Place on Earth”! For the last seven years, she has also coordinated the annual Women Discipling Women Conference.

In her free time, Summer loves to craft, thrift, travel, rollerblade, visit with family and friends, and can often be found by the pool or at the beach.

Jeff served in the Biblical Counseling department before transitioning into his current position in August of 2011. His love for God and people has motivated him to develop in leadership and biblical counseling, and he is currently pursue a Masters Degree in Biblical Counseling. He serves as coordinator of the Men Discipling Men Conference as well as liason for the League of Counselors, connecting counseling needs with well-equipped MABC counselors. He is a member of Grace Community Church and attends Cornerstone fellowship group. Jeff and his wife, Kristen, live in Oak Manor. They feel immensely blessed to be serving where God has them and are praising Him for the fact that they are expecting their first child in August.

Jess and his wife Kristen love to spend time together in outdoor recreation and sports – such as hiking, biking, camping, rock-climbing, skydiving, and learning how to surf (not to mention just about any sport with a ball).

Chuck joined the college in 2009 as Resident Director of Waldock dorm. He considers it a blessing to serve and work alongside the Student Life staff, and live life with the young men of Waldock Hall. Chuck is a member of Grace Community Church and has served in various capacities over the past 11 years. His desire is for Waldock to be a dorm that is committed to peer on peer spiritual relationships as they grow in the community of believers at The Master's College. Life in Waldock consists of drinking lots of coffee, eating food, slurpee runs, our annual end of the year celebration, and beach outings!

Siona (Ona) is from Carson, California and has been the Resident Director of Hotchkiss Hall since the fall of 2004. Throughout these years of opportunity, he has enjoyed watching the gospel transform students into the image of Christ.  In the fall of 2006, he began to take leadership of the Chapel Band, serving the campus chapels in worship through music.  Siona loves his local church, where he serves as the college group worship leader.  His favorite part about Hotchkiss Hall is the vibrancy and life it encourages for college life, academically, spiritually and otherwise.

RaeAnna Seaton - Dixon Hall

RaeAnna Seaton comes to us from Madison, Kansas.  She attended Kansas State University and loves the Wildcats!  She moved to California in January of 2007 to begin work on her Masters Degree in Biblical Counseling at The Master’s College.  While working on this degree, she served at TMC as an Administrative Assistant to the Summer Graduate Programs.  She then moved over to the Student Life department in August of 2010 to serve as the Resident Director of Dixon Hall (which she affectionately calls Dixieland), and she loves the time she gets to spend with the girls.
