When you receive a low toner message, you will have approximately 500 pages left before the toner runs out. Departments will be responsible to pick up a replacement toner from IT Operations and replace their old toner. You can replace the toner by following the simple directions on the toner cartridge box. If you have any questions, please contact the IT Operations service desk for assistance.
