Office Equipment Relocation Policy

Equipment relocation:

TMU faculty or staff members who need to relocate any of the following equipment must contact the IT Service Desk for assistance:

  • Office phones
  • Desktop computers
  • Monitors
  • Printers
  • Copiers

This allows the Service Desk to keep track of equipment as well as deal with any network issues involved with relocating devices.

NOTE:  Please contact the service desk at least three days prior to equipment relocation.  Technology equipment relocation must be approved by the IT Operations department before the move is made.
