Staff Email for iPhone

NOTE: Because of the sensitivity of some information, users who wish to sync their email with their mobile device must enable password protection.

1.  Tap the   "Settings" >>> "Mail, Contacts, Calendars" >>> "Add Account."

2.  Tap "Microsoft Exchange."

3.  In the "Email" box, enter your full e-mail address (for example, tony@masters.edu).

4.  In the "Domain" box, erase "masters.edu."

5.  In the "User Name" box, enter your full e-mail address (for example, tony@masters.edu).

6.  In the "Password" box, enter your password.

7.  Tap "Next." A new field will appear labeled "Server."

8.  In the "Server" box, erase “exchange07.masters.edu” and enter “outlook.office365.com”  

9.  Set preferences and tap "Save."

After configuring your phone you will need to accept the TMU SafeConnect network usage policy. See instructions below.

 

Staff Email for Android

NOTE:  Because of the sensitivity of some information users who wish to sync their email with their mobile device must enable password protection.

1.  From the  Applications menu, select "Email". This application may be named "Mail"  on some versions of Android.  

2.  In the "Email" box, enter your full e-mail address (for example, tony@masters.edu).  Then select "Next".

3.  Select  Exchange account. This option may be named Exchange ActiveSync on some versions of Android.  

4.  Enter the following account information and then select "Next".

a. Under Domain\Username, type your full email address. If Domain and  Username are separate boxes in your version of Android, leave the Domain box empty, and type your full email address in the Username box.  

b.  Under Password, type your password that you use to access your account.  

c.  Under Exchange Server, type outlook.office365.com for your server name.  

5.  Set preferences and tap "Save."

After configuring your phone you will need to accept the TMU SafeConnect network usage policy. See instructions below.

 

Connecting to Campus Wi-Fi

In order to access TMU’s Wi-Fi with your mobile device, you will need to open a browser and try navigating to any website.

You will be redirected to The Master’s College SafeConnect page. You must enter your username and password, thereby accepting the TMU SafeConnect network usage policy before you can connect to the wireless network for the first time.

After configuring your phone, you will need to open a browser on your phone and select the "Submit" to accept the TMU SafeConnect network usage policy before you can connect to the wireless network for the first time.
