2011-12: One of club's the top returners and a proven two-year performer, she's learning a new position at the point where she'll run the squad at both ends of the court as a team captain…her work on developing ball skills needed at the point should be evident early on…is developing greater consistency at knocking down the outside shot…attacks the rim with authority…a very good rebounder…on the defensive end, she uses wonderful anticipation and quick hands to get into passing lanes…a coach's delight, she plays with great passion, never gives up, and competes all the time. 2010-11: Started every game in her sophomore season and was a solid performer in several important categories…led the team with 19 blocked shots, was second in rebounding, assists, and steals, and fourth in scoring…had a dozen double-figure scoring efforts…poured in a career-high 21 points to go along with a season-best tying five assists vs. San Diego Christian on 1/27/11…saved her best for last, tallying 14 points and pulling down a career-high 15 rebounds in a GSAC Tournament and season-ending loss to California Baptist on 3/1/11. 2009-10: Impressing the coaching staff with stellar reserve performances over the first half of the year, the hard-working freshman stepped into a starting role over the final 12 games…averaged just over 10ppg in that stretch and finished the season just a tick under that number…scored in double figures 16 times…played well in big games, going for 13 points against defending national champion Union of Tennessee on 11/20/09 and 16 points vs. GSAC co-champion Azusa Pacific on 12/1/09…poured in a season-high 20 points vs. Concordia on 2/9/10, going 10-14 from the field…pulled down four or more rebounds on 11 occasions…snared a season-best seven rebounds against San Diego Christian on 2/6/10. Allen HS: Enjoyed three productive years as a varsity starter for the Eagles and Coach Amy Pool…selected District 9-5A Newcomer of the Year in 2006-07…voted to the all-district team and was her club's Offensive Player of the Year…as a junior, she led the Eagles to a first-round playoff appearance while earning District 9-5A Offensive Player of the Year and first-team, all-district honors…capped her prep career by leading the Eagles back to the post-season and was named first-team, all-district for the third consecutive year.
