| 2010-11: Known for her penchant to launch the
long-range shot, the second-year player came into camp motivated to
become a defensive stopper…tough and physical, she should be able
to put the clamps on opposing wings…coupling this with major
strides in the mental part of the game puts her in contention for a
starting job at the two spot…hitting from behind the arc more
consistently should solidify her role. 2009-10: Preceded by a reputation for being a long-range bomber, the sophomore transfer struggled with consistency but still finished second on the team in three-pointers…poured in three or more trifectas five times…drained a season-high four treys vs. Freed Hardeman of Tennessee on 11/19/09 when she also tallied a season-best 12 points. Union University: Played one year (2007-08) for the Lady Bulldogs and was part of a 35-1 squad that played in the NAIA National Tournament. Barking Abbey HS: Started and excelled in her final
two prep years, leading her squad to a pair of district and English
school cups…averaged 15ppg and five assists per game as a junior…a
year later, she upped those numbers to 18ppg and six assists an
outing while leading the team to an undefeated campaign
(23-0)…drained a team-high seven three-pointers in one game…a
two-time BAHS female athlete of the year choice. |
