2010-11: After two years away due to health
concerns, her return to the program has the coaches excited…an
excellent playmaker and solid decision-maker, she will compete for
time at the point and on the wing…a tough, physical
player…reclaiming court confidence will make her return
complete.
2008-09: Had her freshman campaign cut short by a
life-threatening throat injury sustained in practice…prior to that,
she had worked her way into the rotation with productive play and a
quiet confidence…the highlight of her shortened season came on
11/15/08 when she tossed in a career-high nine points and handed
out four assists vs. Dominican.
San Ramon Valley HS: One of the program's finest
players, she was a two-year starter at point guard and played three
years for Coach Hans De Iannoy…was the "sixth man" on the Wolves'
2005-06 East Bay Athletic League title squad that went on to win
the CIF North Coast Section Division I championship…was named a
"Player to Watch" by the Contra Costa Times…a year later, she was
tabbed as team captain and capped a marvelous prep career in
2007-08 with an outstanding season…averaged 14.5ppg, seven assists
per game, four steals per game, and four rebounds per game, leading
the Wolves to the second round of the NCS playoffs…named team MVP,
first-team All-EBAL, and All-Bay Area Honorable Mention…inducted
into the San Ramon Valley High School Hall of Fame. |
