2010-11: Nicknamed the Swiss Army Knife by the
coaching staff, the versatile sophomore can play any position from
one to the four…taking ownership of this role will determine
playing time…should find most of her playing time at the three or
four, but superb ballhandling skills will give her a chance at the
point, too…very strong, she enjoys mismatches against bigger
opponents…attacks the rim well, creating shots for
teammates.
2009-10: Returning home following a year away, the
freshman transfer battled to find her offensive game in a new
system…played in all but four games…tallied five or more points
eight times, scoring a season-high nine points vs. Westmont on
2/13/10…had five points, a season-high six rebounds, and two
assists vs. La Sierra on 12/17/09.
Saugus HS: A two-year varsity starter for the
Centurions and Coach Olsson…missed most of her junior year due to
injuries but still averaged 10.8ppg on a squad that advanced to the
second round of the CIF Southern Section playoffs…a year later, she
led the Centurions to a 21-7 record, a Foothill League
championship, and another playoff appearance while averaging a
team-leading 13.1ppg…co-Player of the Year of the Foothill
League.
