| 2010: Playing bigger than his size, the
fourth-year player on the outside brings toughness and speed to a
position that needs both…doesn't back down from physical play and
even seeks it out…gets exceptional length on his diagonal
kicks…confidence in his ability has the coaching staff thinking of
moving him to midfield at appropriate times…loves to attack the
goal when he has the chance. 2009: Made the unselfish transition to coming off the bench during the season's initial two months but jumped back into the starting lineup in the club's final seven matches, all of those in the postseason where he hassled offensive opponents up and down the sidelines…his lone goal of the season was the game-winner in a 1-0 win over California Baptist on 10/3/09…assisted on four goals, including one against Biola in the GSAC Tournament Championship match and another against Notre Dame of Ohio in the NAIA National Tournament. 2008: A vital part of one of the GSAC's top defensive units, he participated in eight shutouts…started all 18 matches, scoring one goal and assisting on another…notched his first collegiate goal in a 9-0 shellacking of William Jessup on 9/6/08…assisted on Andy Hegg's goal in a 2-2 tie with Dominican on 9/13/08. 2007: Played in all but one match in his first collegiate campaign, starting 13 of the squad's final 15 games…picked up his only point with an assist on a Syian Wignal goal vs. La Sierra on 9/4/07. Quartz Hill High School: A four-year starter for Coach Parham Ostadi and the Rebels…he captained the squad as a senior. |
