2010: One of the squad's most versatile athletes
will start the season at outside defender…might play elsewhere,
including midfield, as certain matchups dictate…applauded by the
coaching staff for his calm, composed play, especially in tight
situations where he has a knack for securing the ball…a
consistently hard worker whose durability is a must…counted on to
become even more of an offensive threat…possesses excellent timing
and is one of top volleyers on the club.
2009: After beginning the year as a valuable sub, the
solid sophomore worked his way into the starting lineup over the
final 15 matches and was a key component on one of the nation's
strongest defenses…both of his goals were game-winners, scoring
first in wins over CSU San Marcos (9/5/09) and Pt. Loma Nazarene
(9/26/09)…assisted on the only goal (Jake Marchesani) in a 1-0
squeaker at San Diego Christian on 10/10/09.
2008: Started 14 games in his first collegiate season
and his nine points (three goals, three assists) were the most by a
first-year player on the club…tallied his first point with an
assist on Jacob Marchesani's eventual game-winning goal vs. Cal
State San Marcos on 9/2/08…scored his first goal against Dominican
on 9/13/08…booted in the game-winner against Concordia in a 2-1,
overtime victory on 10/4/08.
