November 18, 2013 - Fall Prelude
February 7, 2014 - beginning at 2:00 pm | President's Scholar Weekend
February 17, 2014 - Spring Prelude
March 21, 2014 - beginning at 2:00 pm | College View Weekend
April 7, 2014 - beginning at 4:00 pm | Mondays @ Master's
All auditions for the 2013-2014 school year have passed.
Recordings (audio or video) are not accepted as audition material. Please contact the Music Department to schedule your live audition on one of these dates at 800.568.6248 ext. 2279.
Scholarship Application Guidelines:
- Complete and turn in the Music Scholarship Application.
- Complete an application with the Financial Aid Office by contacting them at ext. 2293 or by clicking HERE to visit their website.
- Contact the Music Department (ext. 2279) to schedule your audition time.
Your audition will include:
- A 15-minute, live performance for selected music faculty
- A music fundamentals exam including sight reading, scales and some basic music theory
Prepare appropriate selections in accordance with the following requirements:
A staff accompanist will be provided for voice auditions only. All other auditions will be performed unaccompanied. Vocalists, please inform us of your song titles or send, scan or fax your s h e e t music to the Music Office two weeks prior to your audition date. You will be able to rehearse with the accompanist before your audition.
You may wish to consult a teacher in helping you make a selection that best demonstrates your musical ability.
Attire should refelct the seriousness of the audition process.
