Register for Classes

Taking Courses for Credit

Accepted applicants and returning students taking courses for credit can register for Online Courses through Self Service at www.masters.edu/SelfService according to the instructions below as long as it is in the registration window. Please select the set of Instructions for your student category and note that you must first complete Pre-Registration before you register. This will be the key that unlocks registration for courses.

  • DCP Online Students (Financial Aid / Military Students) - please follow these specific Instructions for registering for an Online Course
  • TMC Online Students - please follow these specific Instructions for registering for a course
  • On-campus Traditional students - IF Spring 1 or Summer 2 register with the help of your academic advisor, IF any other session submit this form
  • International Students - please pay for course prior to registering by calling Student Accounts (661-362-2237) or paying here; register by submitting this form to the TMC Online office

LATE REGISTRATION: Students registering after the registration dates outlined on our schedule will be subject to a $30 Late Registration Fee and may not be able to start courses on time. If you need to register or make changes to your schedule after the deadline, please submit the Petition to Add or Drop a Class.

Auditing Courses

If you have applied and been accepted as an audit student, you may register for a class by submitting this form along with tuition payment. DVD sets are optional and may be purchased for $35 per set along with your tuition payment. See form for more details.

Helpful Information

Students are responsible to read and understand our Academic Policies.

Once registration is complete, students can view their courses under "Schedule" in Self Service. Other information, such as your Student I.D. number, can be found on the tab called "My Profile." Students can check their account balance and make a tuition payment under the "Finances" tab.

Your course home page can be found at www.masters.edu/Joule a few days before your course start date. A Joule username and password will be emailed to your TMC Email account before your course starts. If you lose or forget your password, click "Yes, help me log in" and it will be resent to you.
